I found the front desk staff helpful. The hotel needs renovating, as it is neat and clean but dated. The public areas around reception are very nice. All in all I was quite pleased with my quick two day 

I liked the fact that the bell boy spoke fluent English but I think this is everywhere in Portugal as Portuguese are really language skilled and service oriented. The hotel uses natural beauty products in bathrooms. 

The hotel offers stunning sea views and complimentary Wi-Fi. the staff at the pool and reception were friendly and efficient. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay

Staff friendly and very courteous. Food excellent. Poolside not overcrowded plenty of loungers.

Bedrooms require updating especially Floors and wardrobes. otherwise very clean.

The location is fantastic

the staff were unhelpful and rude at times, also the land view rooms do not have balconies, i presumed they would all have balconies.

The hotel is a beautiful and clean place. The staff members are competent and amazingly efficient. The location is particularly good, only a 15-minute walk to a scenic beach. The pool area is kept very clean. 

the standard of the Hotel far surpassed wha we were expecting very much a 5 star hotel in every way.

the only small complaint would be the Casino was quite expensive for placing a flutter on...other than that no complaints at all..

The twin room was quiet and bright, offering a nice view. 🌅 The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of cheese and meats to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful tips about exploring the area. 

Great view of the ocean, charming little town. Comfortable rooms and beautiful lobby, great breakfasts.

You have to pay 10 Euros a day to use the beach.

Although the location of the hotel was really nice and right on the beach, the cleanliness could have been better. the room looked good and was spacious, but the furnishings were outdated. the bathroom

While the hotel was decorated nicely the rooms didnt come up to the same standard, they were basic enough, I am from Ireland and have stayed in many 5 star hotels her and there is a big difference in the quality of the room

Fantastic Location: This hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront of a beautiful beach in a quiet area of Praia da Rocha. It provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the main tourist hub.

Room for Improvement: Although everything was delightful during our stay, there were instances of inconsistency with the service. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The rooms are recently renovated, neat, and complete with a fully tiled marble bathroom with a combined bath. Great view and balcony. - the location is good, just minutes away from a medieval fort.

The location is wonderful and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The pool area is superb and the supply of towels for the beds was a niece touch.

Few small things. The breakfast was excellent but the water for the tea was never hot; it was fine in the coffee jugs. Annoying that you had to queue for the breakfast. Internet facilities very poor and often not working. Hand dispenser not working on four mornings and could be placed in a better situation. The service at the main bar was just not good enough and we only used it once
