The location here is amazing, not in a cold area, with easy access to restaurants, the Atlantic ocean, and local eateries nearby.

Very good value for the money. Despite the low season everything was quite alive.

Great location, super close to everything you need. It's just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach 🏖️, a tasty restaurant below the casino, and a lovely garden nearby.

I truly enjoyed my time at Algarve Casino Hotel. It was an amazing base for sightseeing in Portimao. - the staff at the pool and reception desk were efficient. - the location was amazing, with a public beach nearby. - There was a good 

The excellent location, the buffet breakfast, the professionalism of the staff.

I have made a reservation for two rooms. My credit card was charged at that time (15 days before my arrival) without my authorization. At the check-out I complained, as I used that credit card just for reservation purposes. They have tried to credit back the amount charged, apparently without success.

I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed delicious meals by the pool overlooking the coast.

Recently renovated family king room with balcony. Nice selection of food, including cheese and meats.- Quick check-in process.- Amazing location in close proximity to the tourist strip with great restaurants. 

First dont believe in any free to cancel wording on the web site.. the resort was great with lots of good value bars and restaurants to chose from ,the location of the hotel was great but 

I liked the pool facility, breakfast, easy access to the beach, free internet access, availability of the staff.

Yes. every night between 2 - 4 a.m., there was a terrible smell in my part of the hotel (bigger family rooms for 4). I was also not happy, when the check-out took place, the reception staff was to charge me more, than I was supposed to. They recognize the mistake and made a new bill, but I wouldn´t expect this in 5 stars hotel.

I appreciated the fantastic stay for a vacation. Everything was spotless. - the staff was good. - the views of the ocean were exceptionally good. - the hotel was near the beach. - the hotel was not too far from a medieval fort. I had a fantastic 

The location is very good. The pool is big and clean.

The service is not good. There were hardly anyone to serve by the pool, and when you ordered in the pool restaurant sometimes they did not come with what you ordered. Most of the staff seemed tired of tourists and did not give any feeling of personal touch. For us it is not a place we have to go back to. We will not be a faithful customer because of the service in the reastaurant and bar. The athmosphere at the hotel is cold ecxept for a few people working there.

The brand-new room had comfortable beds. The hotel has a magnificent and unbeatable location in Portimao, just off the cliff overlooking the fabulous beach of Praia da Rocha. The area around the hotel is great, with a tourist strip full of excellent restaurants 

Everything was perfect. Upgrade to a seaview room with balcony well worth the extra money. Very comfortable bed & room. Plenty toiletries, continuously replaced when used. Perfect and soundless airco. Excellent and varied breakfast. 

Recently renovated rooms with air conditioning, a big double bed, and a great view.

The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff working in the Hotel was the best I have encountered in a long time.

Just the length of time we spent waiting on the lifts.
