Man, the breakfast pancake machine was a game changer! I also loved that the hotel was steps away from killer local eats like Aladino and Doce Finu's. Plus, the beach access? A total winner!

But yo, the cleaning staff jacked my favorite spoon thinking it was theirs, and who knows what happened to my razor case! Just a heads-up, don’t leave personal stuff around.

Restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food.

We enjoyed our recent stay immensely! The superior room with an ocean view was huge and well-kept. Breakfast had a fantastic range of delicious options. The spa had a charming 80's vibe that made for a relaxing visit.

Staff at breakfast place. We had to leave early to catch a bus and they opened for bfast late and were unapolgetic or unhelpful. I guess being off season they were disinterested in the few guests that were there.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it uncomfortable at times, especially during the warmer weather. Breakfast options felt limited and repetitive during my stay, and the organization could use improvement, with long queues making it tedious. Additionally, the elevators were slow and cramped, making wait times frustrating. The lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing for what I'd expect in a higher-end hotel. The hotel's decor, though nice, showed signs of age, which could use a refresh to truly hit five-star status.

This place is a peaceful and ideal venue with absolutely courteous staff at the pool and reception desk, along with a good restaurant for breakfast.

The rooms are in need of redecorating. Don`t think the rooms are 5 star qualilty, have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels rooms.

The hotel staff were competent, friendly, and efficient. My room had a great view and was well-equipped. The breakfast was above average, including cheese and meats. The location near Oceans Club was quiet and decent. The

The spot was pretty clean and in great shape, with helpful staff overall, except for the porter. The location was top-notch, just a few minutes away from Rocha Surf Shop. Plus, being close to bars 

Clean rooms, good location.

Rooms very outdated, stained couches, very old mattresses. Be aware of booking condition: non-refundable total has to be paid upon arrival. After one night on those beds, we wanted to leave, but had already paid for a whole week... There were no better beds available. Often had to wait to be seated for breakfast.

We had a fantastic one-night stay here, everything was amazing, and we loved the family room with the big double bed that we had booked.

Great spot here with a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away 🏖️. the staff were mostly on the ball, except for the porter.
